Explains why Dougie kept passing on open shots in that Carolina series.
Perfect healthy Dougie was a huge part of the offense this year and the pp when it was working. That shot he has when taking it must be respected
It’s crazy how common this is in hockey. I ran into Rico at Newark airport riiiiight after the 2014-2015 season, and he was in a sling.
We were both waiting for flights so I actually got to chat with him for like 20 minutes. He said he’d hurt it sometime around March and finished the rest of the season knowing he’d need surgery.
Hockey players are something else, man.
Ah there it is, so he’s wearing the sling post surgery.
I’m sorry I yelled at you so much Douglas – my bad Holmes.
