The jockey in all blue gave the horse trying to bite his mount a hit on the nose with his whip. That seemed to work.

We have had this also in history. The German Derby Winner 1916 Amorino hat won bei a head, because the second placed Antivari bites him on the finish line!
The funny is that horse is attacking the rider and not the horse! This means horse racing is a cruelty!
