58 year old life long leaf fan, done with the Leafs and will be cheering for the Penguins and Dubas from now on.

If the Penguins ownership offers Kyle Dubas the same term or longer and much more than $4 M annually, he’ll sign on the dotted line.
If he signs with Pittsburg Dubas is a big upgrade. As a rookie GM his record is 171 – 88 – 31 (.641) Expect changes. Also, Auston Mattews (100 goals in last two seasons & 2022 MVP) has 1 year remaining on his Toronto contract, and has a good relationship with Kyle
Ron Hextall should've been on the hot seat the moment he said "I can't write down my plan, it's in my head." That still baffles me that he said that, he's legitimately a dumb guy. If my boss asked me to write down a plan and I said "No, it's in my head" my boss would be like "What the hell is wrong with you?"
