I’d love to take the Tempe entertainment district proposal in place it right in park central. Would be great for the area. Plus it has light rail and a denser neighborhood. Or maybe somewhere near the Phoenix zoo.
Tough luck for Footprint center. The Yotes and the NHL countersued vs the city of Phoenix for the Tempe project. They must have a lot of nerve to show themselves at the place where they backstabbed.
