Welcome to my channel, I’m your host, John and today I have a huge update for all Montreal Canadiens fans out there. Recently, we received the devastating news that Canadiens forward Juraj Slafkovsky is expected to miss the rest of the regular season with a lower-body injury. But, let me tell you, this is not the end of the road for him.

As we all know, the AHL playoffs are approaching, and many of us were hoping to see Slafkovsky join his teammates in the Laval Rocket. However, due to the NHL’s rules, players on injured reserve cannot be assigned to the minors, making him ineligible for the AHL playoffs. But, hold on, there’s still hope.

The IIHF World Championships in Switzerland is set to begin on April 14th, and this could be the perfect opportunity for Slafkovsky to end his season on a high note. Not only will he have a chance to show off his progress and development, but it will also give him a positive outlook heading into the crucial summer training.

2 things surprise me! One is that, if you’re a Habs fan, you would not know about Lane Hutson and his accomplishments. The second is that there wasn’t some stupid lead in that said: Breaking News: Toe Blake is coming back to coach the Canadiens. Bad example because they couldn’t screw up the pronunciation of his name.
Bring Master Hutson to the Habs as soon as possible. He doesn't need time with the Rockets. He is going to be a great NHL D man. We need and can use a guy like him. ( Go Habs GO )
