Lady Liberty

My old man bought me this one ages ago. I do love it but it’s got our last name on the back instead of Mess… and I’ve always felt torn about that and felt that wasn’t quite right.

I thought about changing it but lately he isn’t well, and I really wonder how much time he has left, so I wear it for him… I think I’m just gonna keep it that way, that means something different to me now – we didn’t bond over much except hockey.
