The Vegas Golden Knights won 5-1 against the Edmonton Oilers in Game 3 of the Western Conference second-round series, but lost starting goaltender Laurent Brossoit to injury. Brossoit left the game with 8:16 left in the first period, after stopping a shot from Oilers forward Connor McDavid and falling to the ice in pain. Adin Hill took over for the Golden Knights in net, while Jonathan Quick acted as the backup. Vegas has had to use multiple starters this season due to various injury problems. Game 4 is on Wednesday.
