With a career season and a weak UFA class I think the writing is on the wall – JT is done in Denver (sad).
Personally I think he takes the bag and ends up in Chicago who have a stupidly thin top-6 and need a supporting cast for Bedard.

It’ll be Chicago: he’s from the area, grew up a Blackhawks fan, already has a ring, and Chicago has literally 2 players under contract after next season so they can afford to overpay him.
With Landy being out for the season, we can absolutely afford him for another year, but he’s earned himself a decent raise and he’ll want term too. He’s a fantastic 3rd C.
I think and hope he gets re-signed another year. He’s my favorite player to watch outside of Nate and Mikko. Dude puts it all out there.
