Miller would have been off my team after that game he yelled at his own goalie, he just comes across like a douchebag
That doesn't seem like a problem solving trade for either side
Why not both? Miller is valuable for production but Taveras is a leader. Bo was a good leader but didn't produce like Miller am I right?
I'd take Miller. Better production, cheaper player, younger player, and more of a natural playoff performer even when he's not producing. (Yes I realize it's been a couple years since he's seen playoffs) And Tavares does have the better talent overall with him than Miller does, guys like Marner, Rielly, and Nylander? Come on, Miller doesn't have that caliber players on his wings like Tavares, and he still out produces Tavares.
Vancouver would never do this but I’ve been wrong before
You don’t compare one player’s 30 year old season vs another’s 33 y.o. year. Miller will be a millstone contract when he’s 33 since he doesn’t play any defense. Tavares at least makes the playoffs and will be gone in 2 years
