AS a Devils fan I always dreamed of PK in Newark, he signed for me t the draft in 2013. NOW we DID give up something. Jeremy Davies was one of the BEST college D men and just turned pro he can be a steal of player. Santini is damn good young d man who suffered when Stevens was let go as our defensive coach and our d coaching now sucks. He should have been in the line up more last year. Good skating stay at home D man who we did not let grow. So PLEASE saying the Devils gave up nothing is uneducated and 2 second round picks. Normally I do not like giving up this much but this is for PK Subban, a dynamic player who is a leader and now he is in a place that FINALLY will let PK lead. There will be no locker room issues in NJ and PK will love HUghes confidence. Subban is a game changer when healthy, I like Trouba a lot but he is NOT a Subban. Yes PK can suffer in his own zone but is offensive upside is okay to give and take. He is not bad in his zone but will make a mistake but he can win games
