This guy finally has the space he needs to operate and has some guys he can pass the ball to and trust.
Dlo can do more than PnRs/PoPs and pull up 3s. His post up game is underrated. And Lakers can also run some curry type screens to free Dlo for 3s. Like Ham said, hope Dlo doesn't go into pass first mode and keep deferring to LeBron and AD. Just stay aggressive and in attack mode. Hope dlo goes on some type of scoring streak.. 10+ games of 20+, 30+pt games perhaps that would increase Lakers chance of making the playoffs.

This really feels like 3 top 30 players with good fit. When was the other time this happened recently? The bucks with their championship.
The question is if it's too late. This team, in my opinion, is top 4 if it started together day 1. Lakers playing catchup.

Yea DLo needs to get more shots, give all the iso plays to dlo instead of AD. AD keeps shooting jumpers and floaters Id rather DLo shoot them
DLO is a really good player. Was not aware until now. Lakers team looks improved.

D Lo can average 25 with the Lakers. He’s so smooth and has a good basketball IQ. AD needs to lead the team in scoring at 27ppg then D Lo at 25. LeBron can average 22 and 10 assist.

Depth > 3rd Star. Hope we keep him after this season and not try and trade for Kyrie
Out of all the point guards in recent years during Lebron's LA reign I would say my favourite was Lonzo at Start and Rondo at backup. I would have kept those with Caruso. Lonzo carried on developing and Rondo would have been a perfect tutor.
Kyrie to LA will be an amazing thing.
You also had a good thing with players like Danny Green, Dwight Howard and JaVale McGee. They could have done something great preserving what they already had and traded more conservatively like the Spurs or Warriors.

This team is much better but I miss what westbrook brought to the table. You can see it's missing and I'm not even sure what it was but it's gone.
