The dude might be falling off a bit in his twilight years, but he’s a legend in the industry and the goofy, mispronouncing grandpa that we should all still love.

Bobby Mac may be the voice of the Jackets but boy is he tough to listen to if you actually care about the game. He seems to just check out and randomly tell stories a few times per game and it is annoying as hell.

I haven’t watched the Kraken broadcast lately but I watch Detroit’s every time we play them. It’s an honestly amazing broadcast to watch. Those guys just love hockey and it shows in their commentary. I highly recommend checking it out at least once.

Interesting. I never really thought much of it, good or bad, but that’s probably because I’m always watching with other people and talking.
I really like Jody, and the other guys are perfectly fine/average, so either these other teams just have incredible broadcasters, or I am way out of touch with what people think.
