  1. Bro you have to spar so you can show people that what you’re trying to teach them isn’t useless, you can look amazing on pads and the heavy bag but that dont make you a better fighter if the bag dont hit you back

  2. I was wondering if you could do a video or some sort of document about your training routine? Like what exercises do you do training days.

  3. Hey coach. Could you show us how to make that special white slip ball??
Most slip balls are to light but the one you used in some previous videos is awesome

  4. You wanna be careful with that 'little adjustment' if you miss: if you've missed because the fella has pulled and made you fall short and you regain balance by just moving your back foot forward his counter is going to catch you dead square and sit you on your ass. Better off going straight into a shoot in anticipation of the counter.

  5. It's amazing how much you move and hit like Iron Mike. You're a very good teacher, a natural coach. That's a great gift. Good on you, bro!

  6. excellent content.

how much do you bend your legs? i feel the style works better the more legs are bent

  7. Exactly.
Skinny as I am (170 cm, 58 kg) I bounce off the bag multiple times, it feels funny most of the times and my coach during my first few months made me aware of it and made me figure it out.
After testing different stuff I tried to keep focus on my toes, as if I was constantly pushing the floor down.
    Never bounced back again

  8. it just cracks me up that the guy looks like a liquor store clerk but he's a legit boxer
his tutorials got me into peekaboo training, by the way – that's a ton of fun

  9. i have been practicing for 4 months already, when i started i noticed that i lost balance a lot, but just by bobbing and weaving after every combination you bring your center of mass low to the ground and you can keep that balance perfectly, great videos
