The 1st round of the NHL Draft was a very talented draft, a lot of good players going everywhere. With the 23rd pick, the Flyers selected forward Tyson Foerster who has one of the best shots in the draft. A player with major goal scoring potential, which is something the Flyers have lacked for years. I love this pick, and I cannot wait to see what he develops into. Also, the Flyers have been in talks with the Winnipeg Jets about Patrik Laine. Could we see something happen? We just have to wait and see. What are your thoughts?

Not everyone was in love with this pick. I've seen many Twitter comments from Flyers "fans" labeling this kid a bust already because of the skating issues. I have no issue with it. If he puts the puck in the back of the net consistently, I'll overlook the fact he's not Nathan MacKinnon on skates.
