John is an amazing coach, he did luck out with Conor and his work ethic but that doesn’t take away from him. John did what was needed and helped grow our biggest mma star. Let’s not forget Conor was finishing people not sniffin jock straps for belts 😂

Biggest yes man in MMA. Runs a gym full of tin cans, says the same nonsense about Conor every time then watches him get knocked out/finished and starts all over again. He's there to collect his cheque, nothing else.

Conor is once in a lifetime superstar that comes with extra baggage
Coach kavanagh plays the political game with him and manages the situation correctly
No point rocking the boat with him. It’s up to the athlete to want it and dedicate themselves.
If not then just do what you have to do to support him and make serious wedge in the meantime and ride the wave as it won’t last much longer
