Salut Hadi, my point of view is that a good scout is not a guy wich rank prospect 1 to 30 but (everyone can do that) or doing scouting reports on the the top 10 (I think Zack Benson have now 69 scouting reports so far), but a good scout is someone who can find hidden gem in the lower round, guys that can develop with time and development into something big. So I will appreciate your channel if you find us some guys with good tools, wich are not highly touted but the main tools are there, just need time and development.
