Wrong on the ref for not blowing the whistle that the puck could not be seen. But I feel like it's an unwritten rule NOT to spear a goalie in the groin and regardless of where the puck is, if I see someone do this to my goalie, they're going to be in for a bad time. You just don't jam your stick into a goalie's groin, period.

I get the whistle thing but this is on the wrong side of things, however the fine is to much.
