  1. That was awesome! So fun. So, hot take. Travel ball should definitely just use Alloy USSSA bats, no composites. Because of the points Eric brought up and I have been saying that for a long time now with those composite travel bats. Plus, the inflated costs of composite USSSA bats is insane and they are not durable at all. It's nuts.

  2. The blue Omaha 2000 from 2000 is a one piece total juice fest promise you will be amazed I'm begging get a 33 or 34 inch the Barrell is unreal I promise it's the 🐐 I hit a. 460ft hr they stopped the game to measure I was 170lbs as a junior I played in the junior Olympics promise I. Know my stuff

  3. See if a company will make you an unrestricted one piece carbon, and an unrestricted one piece aluminum to test!

  4. I graduated high school in 99. Used the reflex c-core.. after that broke went to the redline c-core. Broke 2 of those playing American legion. College had already adopted the minus 3 by my freshman year. At 6’5 235 I swung a 34/29 and man did balls launch off those things. I am surprised you guys are finding examples still intact. I still have all mine in the attic but as I said they are all broken.

  5. Man I played from 96-99 so I have no idea how those old bat's compare. My last was a -5 TPX BB1. Black & Green. C405 Plus Alloy. Those were the days before bats were regulated much at all.

  6. Byrnes is right though. In ball, but esp in little league summer ball……when you are on…..you are ON. And in the field too. It's a very electric feeling. Truth be told I don't recall ever having a slump in the summer. When it's summer and school is out and you are just being a kid and enjoying summer…..you can't help but to ball out. Stress free and fun with your friends.

  7. Hearing the crack of that Redline brings back a lot of great memories. Make 1998 Great Again, haha

  8. That was super fun to watch, that Eric dude is a freakin LEGEND! And he’s the head coach for my SAV Bananas? That’s wild..

  9. CF8 sounds like a tennis racket hitting a tennis ball with that "POP" !

  10. I was 13 in the year 2000 when I had a -5 Easton Redline and my god that bat was incredible.. I’ve hit my furthers HR’s with that bat and even just the sound of that ball hitting off the bat was epic

  11. im so glad i grew up playing with the super hot bat era, I loved my 1st gen EXO grid. def made you a better fielder
