I think the one thing that Dubas kept doing wrong was that when there was a glaring problem on the team, such as goaltending, depth, or defensive issues. Dubas would wait until the last moment to do something about it. Treliving strikes me as someone who doesn’t wait to fix a problem, he does it immediately instead of letting the opportunities pass him by
