Entertaining Stanley Cup final? I'll be impressed if Florida can push it to five games. I correctly called Vegas scoring after the Florida power play (how did Florida not score?) and then turned the game off. This series is done. I blame the 10 game break and Vegas simply being the better team. Legends are in the making in Vegas and I'll check back in game three.
Seems to me The Cat should want to stay in Ottawa. He is not going to find a better bunch of skilled players and great guys on and off the Ice to be with anywhere else in The League. Maybe his wife prefers The States for her and their youngin'.
if debrincat wants to leave he's nuts, he's not gonna find a better situation for himself on a young, talented up and coming team with many key pieces already signed long term as well as himself fitting the age group

I think Stephen Mandel and Cliff Asness will shock the hockey world by purchasing the Ottawa Senators for $1.1 billion, so next season, the Senators will play their final home games at Canadian Tire Center if the voters decide to reject a proposed LeBreton Flats arena, meaning that the Senators will relocate to Hartford to become the revived Hartford Whalers, play their home games at the soon-to-be renovated XL Center for the 2024-25 NHL season, and force the Hartford Wolf Pack, the New York Rangers’ AHL affiliate, to relocate to Albany.

I'm glad Cronin got a job in the NHL, but it's like Foote going to Vancouver. It's a little sad. Ducks got a HELL of a good coach that runs a LOT like Bednar.

Always glad when a new coach gets a chance in the NHL. Now if only the Ducks would recycle their original logo, and go back to those fantastic Mighty ducks era uniforms. I've never even been to Anaheim, and I think it's a travesty they got rid of that logo and color scheme.
Total bull. Unless that commitment to remain in Calgary has penalties for non compliance then its worth less than a politicians promise. Promises are cheap! Show us the contract.
Dallas Eakins was an AHL head coach as well with a 154-95-23 record coaching the San Diego Gulls (Ducks affiliate). Sure hope Greg has better success.
The Hawks are disgusting
35 years, around the life span of a hockey arena (saddledome is almost 40). Flames owner will have will have hopefully paid their measly 29% by them. Just in time to hold the team hostage again to get the city and province to pay for another stadium for him. I will be 73 when that happens and I will be chuckling at Calgary the same way I am now.

Chicago shouldn't even have any draft picks for the next 4 years atleast. I hope Bedard busts and I wish nothing but the worst for the franchise. Cronin is a great coach. If given the proper support, he'll do a great job behind the Ducks bench.
Cronin was with capuano and weight with the Islanders before LOU cleaned house of Garth snows hires.. I mean possible that Cronin can grow into being a good NHL coach but Anaheim is in a rebuilding phase not really expecting to win yet.
