  1. This video MUST be re-titled. This should ONLY be known as "The Michigan Move". Real hockey ppl know.

  2. I'm impressed how Smith was able to read that play so quickly. He immediately tried to get his glove to the top corner.

  3. The goalies should just hug the post when svech has the puck behind the net

  4. Whats with all the negativity, its an amazing goal. Svech goal was harder to make cos the goalie was blocking the side

  5. It all began with lacross which is actually considered Canada's sport. The first hockey players were players like Newsy Lalonde who originally was a lacross player and is in the NHL hall of fame. The reason why hockey replaced lacross is that it is a more entertaining game. Not a fan of slapping a puck around in mid air.

  6. so, it isn't high sticking if you smack a goalie right in the head with the blade of your stick as long as you are lacrossing it in the goal?

  7. Forsberg is absolutely insane at that move wow. How he got the puck on his stick so fast is insane.

  8. as skill based as the Svechnikov against Rittich was.. he DID smack him in the goalie mask with the stick.. so, theoretically it SHOULD have been no goal due to that (was the puck going in AS THAT HAPPENED? Yes, but the point stands, it's a high stick against a goalie.

  9. I'd say 50/50 on Hellebuyck being Goalie interference, but I'd say Good goal.. the Forsberg one was PURE SKILL, no ;dragging the stick; just flip puck, swing into the net.
