Fans of all teams welcome, many of my longterm subscribers are fans of the Tampa Bay Lighting, Toronto Maples Leafs, Carolina Hurricanes and more! I fully cover the NHL playoffs as well regardless of if my team makes the postseason, so if you are a Colorado Avalanche fan, a Winnipeg Jets fan or even an Edmonton Oilers or Vegas Knights fan this channel will be for you. Many people ask me what teams do I hate and my answer is NONE! Some people expect me to hate the NY Rangers or Boston Bruins since I am a Florida Panthers fan, but the reality is even since the NJ Devils and NY Islanders have beaten us in the playoffs, no ill will from me. I will admit however that I am not a huge fan of seeing teams like the Buffalo Sabres and Detroit Red Wings become good and possibly better than my Panthers. Nor do I enjoy the older teams like the Pittsburgh Penguins and Washington Capitals continuing to be as good as or better than my team, mainly because those teams have been so consistent over the years. Of course, I do enjoy seeing players who we traded do well in other cities like the Philadelphia Flyers and Vancouver Canucks, but I am used to it.

In terms of my Miami Dolphins, I will admit my feelings about the Buffalo Bills, NY Jets and especially the New Englad Patriots are not exactly loving. In addition, seeing teams like the Jacksonville Jaguars and NY Giants make it as far or further than the Dolphins is upsetting. I will admit to NOT liking the Kansas City Chiefs, and having a soft spot for the Green Bay Packers. Just like the NHL, I cover the NFL playoffs as well so even if you are a Cincinnati Bengals fan, or even a San Francisco 49’s or Philadelphia Eagles fan, again this channel will be for you. Teams I am hoping will make the playoffs next season include the Detroit Lions, NY Jets and maybe even the Denver Broncos, just for the fun of it all!

If you have read this far and figured out that I am trying to write a description that gets in as many keywords as possible , you are correct. The algorithm is not my friend as you might imagine after 6+ years of making videos, so I am willing to try every trick in the book!

    Come on Panthers. Give Vegas a beat down for this series.

    As an Avs fan I’ll say when you’re in the last few minutes of the clinching game, time either can’t go fast enough or it can’t go slow enough. If you’re the winning team seconds feel like hours. And if you’re the losing team, seconds seem to go by way too fast

    I totally feel you about your reaction to The Hockey Guys video and the attendance jokes. I was born and raised in NE Ohio, moved down here in January of 1994 and immediately adopted the Panthers as my team with as much passion as I feel for my Browns. So, you can imagine how I can relate to having enough of the jokes and finally pushing back. Love the channel, and Go Cats! Bring the Cup home, boys!!!

    If the team plays up to their potential, it will be enough for the cup. I am not concerned if we win this year or not. I am looking forward some great runs at the cup for several years in a row.

    Cats in 4. That should be the mindset for everyone. Why not have the faith that the team can do it. At the end of the day, the tme frame of the series should not matter. Just win the holy grail.

    upsetting Boston- still blows my mind away- and what made me get behind these Panthers- really want them to win their 1st Cup! Amazing team- amazing playoffs- never seen a run like this AND some amazing stories withing this team- Bobrovsky (for me) first- the battles he has had to get back to his starting position- only earns my respect- love a 'come back story'- the very risky trade of giving up an amazing producer that Jonathon Huberdeau to get Tkachuk- sure hindsight is 20/20 but not many teams would gamble giving up such a valuable asset as Huberdeau for Tkachuk- maybe MT wouldn't be a good fit? it turned out great- but still a risky trade- and another story is Barkov- sure is a good fit as captain- and an amazing journey to the NHL as well- he is so humble- more stories as well- best of luck Cats tonight in Vegas- shut them down and light up the light behind the opposing team's net

    Gotta get really honest here. Cousins was all alone. I think he sandbagged that play. He thought it was a sure goal, so he just angled it towards the net. You could even see how he moved back a little afterwards to begin to celly. Instead he should’ve made sure it was in. Again he was right there unimpeded.

    The other turning point play. Duclair blocked a shot. Yes, great. Well done. But after that he allowed 27 to skate the blueline twice by PUCK watching and WAVING his stick like a magic wand. Instead of going right at him because of who he is. 27 can really shoot the puck and was also due to score. Duclair’s lack of physicality invited 27 to have a lane all alone to the net and he essentially could look up, aim, and fire. Bob was screened. Nothing he could do except hope it found his glove.

    Vegas looked good. But, between the puck luck, posts, and non-calls and their own mistakes – they beat themselves. We know this team is great at bouncing back. Now they have to in a crucial game two on Monday. Huge difference between 1-1 and 0-2. Also Maurice should emphasize one thing that night. Just win a hockey game in the SCF. Because the Florida Panthers franchise has never once accomplished that as they’re 0-5 in the Finals.
