  1. Gurianov brought his game last night.impressed ! Glad to see Kaden back and doing well ! The Panthers apparently didn't get the Tank memo either. GHG

  2. I like what he done with making this trade with Dallas let’s see how it works out next year if Montreal signs are there if he can play good and score a few goals in the next 20 games we’ll see why next year gives him he might be a great pick up so it could be a lot of help for Montreal and the future at 25 years old not fair seems to be a great player so far in one game but can he keep it up can he become a good player for Montreal while we will see if the key him but I’ve been a Montréal Canadiens fan for over 30 years and I love the Montréal Canadiens but I don’t like to see them lose but why can you do you are rebuilding the team so with a rebuildIt’s gonna take time but I can see him making the playoffs in the next two years long as they keep doing what they are doing but anyway go Habs go and welcome back to Kate He is a really good defenceman I hope that he is going to be OK now and no more injuries I know it is hard to play the game of hockey but we got to do Arby’s so I hope all the Montréal Canadiens virus keeps it up and play the way they are playing but when we get healthy watch out cash for coming to get all the teams that have been hours over the last few years war, and we’re coming fast and we will be atGreat hockey team once again when the Stanley Cup comes again that is too busy but let’s go boys

  3. Great video. Unfortunately I didn't get to watch the game (with an 11:30 pm start) but caught the replays today. It's usually the Habs leading late and getting the other team comes back to win. Nice to see the change haha. GHG

  4. Gurianov has 20 games to show he's better than who he was this last season in Dallas. If he continues to play like last night, I'd expect the points to come. He played a solid game. Here's hoping for Dach 2.0.

It was nice to see Guhle back and happy to see him score. I hope he stays healthy and finishes the season on a high note.

Jake Allen is great. He's an example of an employee who wants to give his employer 100% of what they pay him. He loves what he does and wants to help on and off the ice. I'd be happy with Allen and Montembeault "if" they stop letting that soft goal in the first period. It's demoralizing for a team to have to play catch up on so many nights. If they can fix that, they would be good enough to make the playoffs every year. As much as I liked Price, I'd like the Habs to focus on paying their forwards more and have above average goaltending. They've gone the low scoring goalie route and now it's time for a more offensive route. And it seems they can do that with their current duo.

  5. You covered a lot of good points DD. Re: Gurianov, a good first impression but way too early to know what we have in Guri. But I will admit a line of Caufield-Suzy-Guri is enticing. And a big boy line of Slaf-Dach-Andy is one I've been waiting awhile for (a size dominant line). Still require strong face-off Centers so that is the main reason Dvo needs to stay for now and I can see Tierney being possibly re-signed for his experience and versatility. Re: Allen, w/Monty is a solid tandem and there is no need to upset stability esp in goal (for now). But I do feel HuGo need to solidify the Goalie depth and future sooner rather than later. Goalies take awhile but inconsistent Primeau, potential in Dobes, and many question marks with the rest. Although there is no rush to move any of our Dmen (u can never have too many D), I am really intrigued to know how HuGo deal with the glut on left side and weak right side situation (aging injury prone Savard but good mentor, Kov a good 6-7 Dman, Wideman a good teammate but a 7-8 dman at best, not convinced Barron is top 4 D yet, and Mailloux a question mark) .

As for the "tank"…you cannot win on this topic. Damned if you do, damned if you don't esp in the Hab market. IMHO, you should never try to control fate. What will be will be. I am cautiously optimistic with the direction HuGo are taking this team. I'm trusting the process.

  6. So just a thought. Put Caufield, Dach, Harvey-Pinard, Richard, Anderson, Gurianov (etc, etc, etc) with Nick Suzuki and there is always something for us Habs fans to get excited about! 😂😂😂

I feel like there is a common denominator there🤔

Captain Nick makes this team look good no matter who plays with him😎

  7. Wouldn't hurt my feelings any to see Gurianov playing in that spot next season with Caufield on the other wing.

    Caufield – Suzuki – Gurianov
Slaf – Dach – Anderson (assuming Monahan is no longer around)
    Pinard(Hoffman) – Dvorak – Gallagher
    Evans – Tierney – Ylonen

Not a bad 4 to run with. Gurianov if he plays to his potential, almost makes Anderson redundant (almost). Hard to say that after only one game, and it would obviously be a chance, but with the talent coming up through the ranks in the next couple years, not completely crazy!

  8. Lifelong Dallas fan. I always liked Dennis ever since he was drafted but ever since the bubble he jut stopped finishing chances. It was so frustrating watching all the talent that he has and he just wouldn't score. Hopefully he does good with the Habs, wish him the best.

  9. Imagine having a right wing and left wing caufield and gurianov sniping in the net during the power they are both fast and very good sniper play after we can have a power forward line with Anderson-Dach-slaf that’s crazy

  10. 19 games left lets wait and see about Gurianov ok. would not be the fist player to show talent in MTL. does he have the CONsistancy to fill a role in the new HABS style on a daily basis? number 49 Hervey-Pinard a small size player has done so up to now. Gurianov seems talented
