What are you guys smoking? your not trading Willy straight up for Soros! that's a horrible trade. I would rather trade Marner as Willie shows up better in the Playoffs.
As the Mecca of hockey and a special franchise the salary cap should never apply to Toronto. If these non traditional hockey markets can't survive, so what! Fold them and Toronto gets the pick of the litter of their best players. What's good for Toronto is good for everybody else!
Willie for josi would be ideal. I'm satisfied with the current goalie situation, not satisfied with the top 2 defensemen.
Let's not forget, if you trade a core four you may not get the better end of the trade but you do open up a ton of cap space.
