  1. I would say, yeah he deserves to be in F1
But so do others who haven't even got a chance yet while Mick got already 2 years without having a real highlight.
Maybe he should go to formula e or indycar where he don't have the pressure to do well like his farther or stay a reserve like vandoorne

  2. I love mickā¤ and i really admire Toto for doing everything for Mick to feel at home with the Mercedes family.thank you Lewis and George for appreciating Mick s hard work. Team Mercedes are the best!

  3. I say it time and time again.
Mick picking Haas over Alfa Romeo when he was given the choice was the worst mistake. He had all the tools to succeed at Alfa Romeo starting with Fred V.

  4. I think Mick has the talent he just has to polish his abilities in one lap because his race pace was not that bad if the car has the right set-up but in qualy he commited way to many mistakes.

  5. Mick will absolutely have a long career. If nothing else, Ferrari will give him a lifetime juicy deal as a test driver because of Daddy. He isnā€™t as insanely talented as the 12 year old Japanese girl Tsunoda. But heā€™s got talent.

  6. Haas given up strategy for Mick second half of 2022 when he was actually pushing ahead/alongside of Magnussen.
Mick did his magic on ROC driverā€™s championship on ice 2023 coming runners up against rally drivers

  7. why are you on a ladder in the attic and how is the audio actually good????

  8. What Toto is good at, is building Confidence. Problem I see for Mick, is apart from Alonso and Hamilton no one is really at a retiring Age and I see neither of them stopping for at least 2 Years. He can come back but itā€™s gonna be hard to find a spot. Soonest I see is 2026 when Audi comes into the fold and Changes their Drivers around (I see them dropping Bottas maybe even sooner). Or when Williams drops Seargant and he goes the Russel route. RB has a bunch of Juniors , he cut ties with Ferrari which also have a thriving Academy and I think we all agree that Haas is out of the picture. Alpine well they have an Academy but arenā€™t really that good with nourishing their Talent so maybe. McLaren is a big what if and also IMO linked to what Audi does.
I get the Ocon Comparison but Mick really has an overall smaller playing field compared to what Ocon had. His best bet is definitely Williams -> Merc.

  9. Mick's racecraft is second to none, he went fearless moves on Lewis, Lando, Max, etc. were sublime.

  10. Audi will snap up Mick.
Sargent is horrible so far, unless he ups his game, Mick is expected to replace him come mid-season.

  11. Another team that could make sense for Mick would be Alfa Romeo/sauber. 3 reasons for this.

    1. Right now that team is growing in preparation of the Audi takeover in 2026. Having a driver like Mick that aspires for growth along with a team that has similar aspirations for growth could compliment one another

    2. There is family heritage with sauber as his father Michael drive for the Mercedes sports car team which was partnered with sauber before Michael made it to F1 in 1991.

    3. Audi Having a German driver could play into Micks hand in terms of sponsorship for the team. Also at the moment in the junior formulas there isnā€™t a German driver right now thatā€™s setting the world alight.
