Bruins win a couple in a row by a combined total of 10-4 and then have to take 5 days off what a horrible schedule
Who the heck made this schedule and how and why did the bruins agree to this. Ridiculous
Anybody that thinks that this is a way to run a hockey schedule has no concept of how important it is to build momentum rather than destroy it .
I want answers for why the New England Patriots have played twice as many games as the Boston Bruins this week. I want answers for why at this point, the NHL is blatantly rigging the regular season against teams like the Boston Bruins and Colorado avalanche by allowing the rest of the league to play twice as many games as them. I would like to know why certain teams are a quarter of the way through their entire season while the Bruins have played 12 games. That’s all I want to know. This is absolutely asinine. I’ve never seen or heard of anything like this they have completely ruined and rigged this season. NHL TELL US WHY YOU LIKE RIGGING AND DESTROYING YOUR LEAGUE?!?
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that the Bruins and avalanche will have to play 70 games in the month of March and have their entire team injured going into the playoffs NHL why do you like rigging your games?
Doesn’t take a generational mind to see that taking a WEEK OFF and then playing a back to back in Philadelphia and CALGARY is disadvantageous for a hockey team. I knew all pro sports were rigged, I just didn’t think they rigged it this hard during that REGULAR SEASON. Man pro sports have become so unwatchable but now they’re so unwatchable that they don’t even play the games
Too bad the season is rigged against Boston since the Bruins will have to play 35 games in 60 days to end the season #RIGGEDSPORTS
Jeremy was called up out of desperation, not cuz he was ready. Can't send down Bruins Fan Favorite. B's would've gotten blown out by the Oilers if Linus couldn't handle McDavid. People missed the amazing fact that Ullmark shut down McDavid. He got 1 assist point on Linus.
Even with the B's keystone cops defense in front of him 40 minutes of the game.
Rask is coming in at a bargain – there's no salary cap during playoffs. That's where he'll make his Mark and his money. Yet clearly it's not about money for him. Hoping that chip on his shoulder is big enough to break through to that cup this year.
But it's really going to boil down to Ullmark. Both Rask and Swayman are far more questionable. Linus does have a history of injury.
And then of course the covid protocol could knock any one of them out, even for a false- positive test. We've got to factor in the covid now. Three goalies is needed.
Bottom line: Ullmark has only been wearing black and gold for a few weeks.
It's difficult to assess any goalie until they get the defensive line straightened around.
We can even see the confusion in veterans Carlo and Clifton at times – guys who know the system, the rhythm is off.
Keep this triumvirate. We've got a top goalie who only wants to play for the bruins, and he's willing to do it at bargain basement price.
And the young one coming up
But ullmark, has nuances of Jerry cheevers and Tim Thomas flailing – he's got something to prove. Not as predictable as butterfly dropped down goalies.
Sabres fans were not happy he was traded. Those fans think Ullmark "steals games"
I say we listen to the folks in Buffalo, give him a chance to show us what that means.
In Linus's introduction interview, and others, he shows little emotion yet he's nearly blown away that he ended up on the Boston Bruins –
He doesn't show much emotion during the interview – but watch him carefully after a win or a big save… he's all emotion, and not going to squander this opportunity.
Seriously foolish to let any of these three go.
Let's give all these new players time to gel – if this nonsense is still going on in january, then we can all start sweating.

good omens for this weekend
This schedule Blows! As a fan, waiting all week to watch your team and as a Fantasy guy with Bergy, Marchand, and McAvoy, it’s basically a bye week. I’m in Seattle, been to four games. The honeymoon is over. We need to mix in a few wins. I’d argue that they’re not fun to watch though. They play hard and get tons of chances, they just can’t finish! They outplay many of their opponents and still come up short. They’ll figure it out. Just hope they don’t trade Dunn. Just got his jersey lol
Bruins have lots of issues, none bigger than in net. Swayman is not ready
