Okay, this move I like. Yea he will be old at the end. So what. In 8 years hopefully weve won a cup and it wont matter if we have to unload a 6.5/yr deal to the yotes or buy him out. Meanwhile his corsi is excellent and he can hit. This is exactly what we needed. Gives us someone with the defensive prowess to teach the youngins too. We just got a lot better in a hurry.

It’s nice seeing the old perception of Columbus changing. People might have issues with Jarmo and JD, but you can’t fault them in that. Even though we are becoming the “family” city, it beats the negativity.

That’s really funny that he knows two of our youngest players and Nasher of all people and absolutely no one else haha. He seems like a chill dude, glad to have him on board!
Also on a non hockey note between Elvis, Boone, Kuraly, Guddy and Severson I think we might have one of the most objectively handsome veteran groups in the NHL.
