Only you and this bloke before care.
He gives two different numbers for benchpress that are 200 pounds different!
That’s pretty amazing considering how long his arms are .
Me: wow awesome, I lift more than Jon Jones!
Also me: he’d still beat the ever living shit out of me😂
Tell my mother to tell my brother my cousin gon be late ⏰
315 for 5 doesn’t mean you can do 500
You’d have to be able to do 3 plates at the very least 10times to get 500. Im
guess 315 for 5 means he’s got a lot left in the tank
How will this guy look without the PEDs?
Kinda average for a 6 feet 4 inch habitual steroid user
On cocaine jones is king Kong
I’m guessing he meant 500lb squat not bench.
Good numbers 👌🏾
He would throw the average peep…
He Ain't Lying!!
bones can fight at 90 and stilll wins
Wish he could fight Ngannou. The heavyweight division is about to get very boring and one-sided, ladies n gents..
Big numbers are built on explosiveness. Speed equals power. Louie Simmons.
He is not pressing 500, he probably at 405 for 1
He's talking shit about that bench press….
315 for 5 and a 500 Max…. fuck off I was at 500 Max with a 5 rm at 450…. his numbers are off
Yeah I don't get it either. 315 then 500? Unless he is saying he can push that once but he can do 315 for 5 reps
Sheeeeesh 😅
How much in kilos
I think he meant 315 bench and 500 squat.
If u can do 315lbs/5 that means he prob has a close to 400lb 1 rep max. The 500-520 must be squat.
BS 315 for 5, you don't bench 500lbs, maybe with a very stiff shirt.
Boy is on secret sus.
