Jordan Martinook eliminated Aleksander Barkov from the play after Barkov hit the post and was looking for his rebound. There was no penalty called on the play. Did Martinook eliminate him legally? Have your say!
This former hack referee says this is a lame duck choice for review. This is straight out of the textbook…arms extending, stick perpendicular to the spine, knocks the player to the ice. Should be a standard minor for crosscheck. But of course a coin flip call in NHL regular season, unsurprised no call in the NHL playoffs, and of course in the comments you have someone wanting a match penalty and someone saying it's a weak shove. No wonder everyone is upset all the time about every call. Or no-call.

He should have been escorted out of the building in handcuffs for battery
I mean how is that not a cross-check?
Cross check, 2 minutes
the play itself isn’t the problem but most def the crosscheck
Bro why do you need to review these plays he already suspended himself and the whole team with him
Its a shove. No big deal. If it were a (real) crosscheck, I'd say its something worse. This is not Jamie Benn-level, premeditated dirty play.

5 minutes and a 1 game suspension in ther regular season. Probably a penalty in the playoffs if his team wasn't already shorthanded.
Just another Florida Flop. They learned from Lebron
Tough call when no one knows what is counted as a penalty anymore. Depends on how refs a “managing” the game
