    I totally agree ,we got burnt on the pld trade . If he’d show up every fifth game it wouldn’t have been so bad ,but you throw in Jack and the trade was a total rip off ! That clown is no where near worth 9 million. Lmao !

    2nd : What in the name of the mighty God, Winnipeg did do deserve so much disrespect from a beep beep. Sorry I have to censure myself. PLD might be a good player but not 9M$ in Winnipeg, Montréal, Carolina or anywhere else in the NHL.
    3rd: It's too bad that you have made the inverted road than Columbus i.e from an OK team a.k.a . medicrity to a team nobody want to play for. Sometimes i wonder if Winnipeg will rejoins Quebec City in the NHL Light or NHL Division II maybe with the Columbus Blue Jackets. the Atlanta Thrasher, the Hardford Whalers. the Cleveland Barons. etc

    Being an RFA it would be almost justice if a team offered him $5 million contract… then Winnipeg retains him for the $5 million multiple year AAV contract!!! it would be priceless!

    I would love to see him leave the league as well… but forcing him into a bad contract would be awesome as well!

    Whatever we get for Dubois will be awesome! picks, depth and maybe a equivalent star

    I think if I read between the lines of what's being said and add that to what's being said the Dubois situation has gotten interesting.
    Seems Montréal thinks Dach is their 2nd top end C and they believe he has a higher ceiling than Dubois as well as a potentially smaller price tag.
    They're still interested but not at his asking price and he would likely move to Wing or 3rd Line C. This is why Dubois camp is now open to other teams they overplayed their hand. And Dach has stole his thunder, this will allow for the Jets to salvage something out of this potentially.

    9million? The guy who has quit on every team he's played for, including his QMJHL team? Really? The guy doesn't have consistent effort. He has the skill, just not the effort or heart. He's got way to high a value of himself. Talk to any and every team interested in him, and send him wherever you get the best return. Adios PLD.
