If teams are offering real value for him then pull the trigger as much as I love Laughton we need to get as many assets as possible. We might miss out on Connor Bedard but that doesn’t mean we need to miss out on Misa or McKenna.

Laughton low-key could have a lot of value, with a low cap hit and 3 years left on his contract. I think a lot of teams would be interested in him as their third line center, especially since his contract is around the range of some overpaid players

Could easily get a late round 1st in 23 or 24 for him id guess. Teams like Toronto, Colorado, Boston, could use him.

As everyone else said, trade the man if the price is right. He’s not a superstar during the regular season, but the type of player you would kill to have as depth during a playoff run.
