Watched at least 70 games this season. I think nurses game really improved when ekholm came he definitely got more physical I think B+ is a good rating
Oilers kept losing good Dmen for NOTHING (Klefbom, Larsson) that made Nurse overworked and playing 26+ mins a game almost Every game.. you're gonna make mistakes with that much ice time.
Trade nurse and Ceci they both make bad mistakes, bring in Orlov, or Gavrikov, a good shutdown defenseman too Karlsson,only makes 1 million more and rarely goofs up at all. I am tired off Nurse not playing consistent When Nurse screws up it is at the very worst time, and it happens way too often
He has the talent but doesn’t have the brain, he is McDavid friend so will probably stay but he could be replaced by a defensive guy for 4 million less
Whatever hockey I. Q. is, Nurse doesn't have it. Whoever the guy in the middle is(finally, he crossed his legs), is exactly right, he tries too much and too many unforced errors.
Didn't he sign that contract after having a good season in tha bubble against Canadian teams..lol..And Dmen were at a premium that summer signing big $$$$…C'mon it's only 1.5 over his pay grade…lol
