I like Craig. I wish him success, however this signing is either because they are cash limited (due to Sutter's, contract) or want some kind of rebuild. So we could see some big names traded this summer.
I like the continuity that things brings to the team. There's familiarity with the players and the organization. Hopefully there will be some stability now with management and coaching, There's been to many coaching changes in the last decade or so.

Not making any changes to the scouting department makes no sense to me.
These players got their coaching change, now they better get their heads out of their overpriced asses and perform. Last year was unacceptable.
