The only realistic way would be to get Brodin or Spurgeon to waive their NMC and even then the Wild would need to move Foligno and Goligoski for prospects. Trades for "picks only" no longer work for the Wild as they only have 15 or 20-23 roster players. They need cheap bodies. Personally, I have no interest PLD or anyone else right now. Winning starts in 2025/26. I have ZERO interest in Boeser.
They got rid of the cancer in the locker room by getting rid of Suter and Parise. It doesn't make sense to trade for PLD when he has just as much controversy surrounding him being a cancer in the locker room and having a lack of effort. Keep in mind this is his 2nd trade request in 2 years.
