I dont understand the pick of the Columbus guy. I really would love to hear why. Even if they like the guy they could have still picked someone else from Columbus and signed that guy.

I thought Cale Fleury was a very odd choice. I mean, as a habs fan I love the kid and know he deserves a proper chance and he gets to play with his brother. But he could've had Kulak, Price, or Dannult. Maybe it was a cap thing?
Macdermid was a smart choice you need a fighter to protect the young roster

Seems like Seattle went with bigger sized players. 25 of 29 picks are 6 foot or taller
Half the teams picks are terrible basically AHL caliber players. Besides Driedger, Larsson,Vanecek, Eberle, Donskoi, Oleksiak, Gourde and McCann. They had the potential to pick a great team but chose not too pick Domi, Bean and Kahkonen which is a mistake
How did they not take Tarasenko with no side deal?
There ARE side deals lol….they just havent been allowed to disclose them yet….kinda silly to assume there are NO side deals…..dont hate til you have all the info

you have to remember that if they picked all studs, they’d still have to send guys down to clear waivers, and there is no way that a lot of the guys you’re saying wouldn’t get picked up

Skipped on the big names and got the BIG names. As in most of these guys are just massive. I don't know if they're gonna be good but they'll probably be pretty hard to play against lol.

I must be confused, do they start playing tomorrow? How much of Vegas’ roster made it to year 2? Sure the draft might have had a couple head scratchers but the 30 picked won’t be who plays come game 1. The entry draft and free agency are still ahead, with plenty of tradable pieces on the roster as is, I think they’ll be just fine.

I think u are sleeping on Appleton..playing 4th line 10 mins a night with the jets primarily on PK puts up roughly 0.5 points a game in his first full season. He will shape up to a 50+ point a seasin easy in next 2 years
