Horrible trade, should have gotten that for Miller!!!!!! Nooo defenceman!! I am officially dumping the Canucks, go Islanders!!! They chose Miller over Horvat, and that is close to unforgivable! Lord bless!!!!!!!
If Horvat signs for only 8M I'll be upset

This was a good trade ..at least we got something for horvat who would have walked away at end of season…Rutherford is right, horvat is having a career year and I believe his statistics will go back to 60 points or so per season next season…good trade
Horvat is playing for a new contract this year..next year he will be 60 point / per season player…
Totally reminds me of the Trevor Linden Trade I think we got Bertuzzi,Bryan McCabe,Jarko Ruutu eventually Hank and Danny and Linden Retired With The Canucks or something like that
Dont know much about Horvat but sounds like the isles got a great stand up guy who will fill the needs of the isles being good at faceoffs and the PP. think this deal should be good for both teams
My buddies and I are happy Rutherford and Allvin are "draining the swamp" by getting rid of "dead wood" like Boudreau and Horvat. They have been a bad influence on the Canucks. Next they need to get rid of Scheen ASAP.
Fantastic trade Canucks killed it. Raty will be better than BO in 2 years he was projected number 1 pick yrs ago. Hes better Defensively than Bo. if you think about it we just got 3 1st tounders for Bo as Raty should have been a top.5 puck.

Hate to see BoHo go but this looks like a very promising trade for the Canucks. Getting a 1st rounder for a player who could be just a rental for the Islanders is a steal. The 13th to 17th overall pick in a very strong draft year is awesome.

I'm praying the Islanders to finish with the 13th pick …. not sure how deep 2024 draft is but I'd rather have 2 first round picks top 13 in 2023 deep draft class than the chance of a top 5 in 2024
I find it strange that a current teammate of Corey Schneider(Aatu Raty) is on the way back from the Bo Horvat trade. A good return if Raty pans out and we get a decent player with the 1st round pick but I'll miss Bo that's for sure.
I dont understand why they couldn’t just try to trade away someone like boeser or garland to free up some cap
