The whistle is close, but if you slow it down to .5 speed you can see that the puck gets swiped in right before the whistle blows. It looks like a clean goal to me.
the whistle can be heard going off as it was crossing the line, the ref 100% lost sight of it and intended to blow the play dead. NHL wants Vegas to win so its a goal. Any other team, it would have been " The Ref intended to blown the play dead NO GOAL"
