That’s what makes the Vegas haters so stupid cause they have absolutely no idea what there talking about.
I am sorry, I do not agree that Vegas was the better team. Florida was rattled, because when they tried to play aggressive/ physical it would just get them another penalty. I do agree that Vegas looked like the better team, if you only watched game 5. Baring the salary thing, which I not sure how the NHL can deal with, the officiating did get better after the first round and then went back to the BS in the Finals. I am not saying it’s rigged, but hard to play a certain way.. when you just end up shooting yourself in the foot.
No a 12 million dollar salary gap between them and any team in the east they would have played means they did not earn this win the same way a team from the east would have or even half the west. Bettmans league means cheat to win and these cheaters took it to the extreem.

As a Vegas local and a VGK fan, 6 years ago, we weren’t a hockey town, nor did we have any sports team. In a time where our city needed healing, these guys came in to heal our city, doing the unthinkable, and for them to win last night was absolutely amazing.
So happy that the arrogant Panthers got what they deserved.
I thought FLA would win after watching them cut through the playoffs with their forechecking… and then I saw Tkachuk and Bennett behave like two pathetic wannabe criminals who couldn't handle losing control in the slightest. How could I want them to win it all? While in Vegas, they were getting stomped, and on home ground they got a lucky with an overtime, and then a win. Vegas was clearly a lot better and fully deserve it.

Bettman likes to put expansion teams in the U.S. and ignore Canadian sites. He abhors it is the Canadians game and tries to make it a U.S. game. Need to dump this person who is hated by hockey fans. 😐😎
I'm a Vegas native. Mother is from Boston area. Father is from Arizona.. I grew up not really having a home team, so once Vegas got a hockey team, I was hooked instantly. Beforehand, I rooted for the Bruins (still do), but as soon Vegas started to sell merch I got some. I'm a proud Knights fan and was happy when we got Cassidy as a coach. The man is amazing. This team means the world to Vegas. They came when we had the largest mass shooting in American history. They lifted us up and we're forever lucky to have them. Go Knights Go!

Florida did NOT deserve to win with what they showed in the final series. Vegas was simply much better. Fans can stay butthurt, the best team won. And this is coming from someone who isn't a fan of any NHL team, I just like good hockey.
They were gifted a good team for no reason. All sports will soon be dead to me. Gambling ruined everything. Now it's just the same old corruption that permeates governments of the world.

It was disappointingly lopsided, but the Knights deserve it. The whole "rigged" talk is ridiculous on all levels because you know they wouldn't be saying that if it was their favorite team hoisting the Cup. It will be interesting to see who the Knights retain for next season.
For all the people thinking that the refs gave us the win…just remember…Panthers were 0-13 on the power play in this series…
I love people saying the refs were a factor. In one game you have nearly 200 penalty minutes and the refs are paid off. The last 2 games, the refs just let everyone play, called one penalty a piece even though both could have had 4 or 5 and they still ssy the refs are tilted 😂😂😂
