nah it wasn't appropriate for Scheifele to go after him, it was a clean hit. It is in the NHL rules that was a clean hit and should not warrant someone to attack another player who didn't drop the gloves

mccabes cut was from scheifele's visor when he came after mccabe. Thats why Mccabe went down immediately.
Mathews was .84 points per game. Laine was .88 per game. Its no doubt liane would of won the Calder had he not been injured
