r/nhl has more salt than the Dead Sea right now. Crazy how many other hockey fans got so triggered by our post season run. Usually people root for the under dogs but the general sentiment seems to be fLoRiDa bAd for no real reason.

The way I look at it, if you get beat by the ultimate winner, it’s still better than not even making it.

Yeah I saw one guy post, florida fans on suicide watch. I said nah, we’re happy with our run. Beat the team with the best record in league history, in their house, in OT, after being down 3 games to 1. Bruins fast must be on suicide watch after that and then watching the coach they fired win it all

The future is bright my friends. We’ve been in the playoffs 3 years in a row with a presidents trophy and a Stanley cup final appearance. Management is better and Maurice and the players in leadership have the locker room. Throw in a couple of replacements for the Staals and you’ve got a team that can run it back (and have a better regular season).

I had to mute nhl sub cause all I was seeing is “panthers suck, panthers are trash, panthers this and panthers that” more so than Vegas winning. We so live rent free in their heads lol

Every Bruins, Canes and Leafs fan for the last six weeks:
“But if your goalie wasn’t good, you didn’t get timely goals, and your defense wasn’t good then you wouldn’t have made it to the cup!!!!!”
They think we’re sad about not getting the cup and have no idea that we were just thrilled to be along for the ride. You gotta love it
