I am following this carefully.
My gut tells me she was ousted. A 1 July departure and her recent attempts at increasing visibility support that. I don’t think she’s stepping into another, better gig right away; if she was, this would have been communicated differently.
Looking forward to hearing some insider takes on this. The next Snow the Goalie and BSH pods should be interesting. All I’ve heard so far was Eskin (yeah yeah I know, but he is connected sometimes) saying he’s heard some Comcast/Flyers management are happy to see her go.

What a weird tenure she had. One of her main responsibilities was Flyers business operations, yet she routinely ignored everything about Flyers history (a major selling point for most Flyers fans) and she didn’t make any public media appearances until her 5th year on the job, then quit two weeks later (or got fired, you never know with corporate bs). Valerie, we hardly knew ye.
