@EliteProspectsHockey’s director of film, Cam Robinson, stops by with his evaluations of the 5 players the Canucks took to dinner at the combine: Benson, Willander, Danielson, Barlow and Wood, as well as the right-handed defencemen (Reinbacher & Sandin-Pellikka) and the merits of trading back from #11 to #19.

I never cared much for Benson until now. If Cam Robinson says he's good, I believe it.
Benson is good hockey IQ wise, but isn't he size challenged. Of course they said that about Petey too.
What’s the likelihood we’re complaining about this pick in 3 years? Track record says most likely. Hopefully we get a Quinn Hugues type scenario and get a steal
Great stuff
At 13:33 Cam says ASP is no Erik Karlsson but I'd say not even Erik Karlsson was Erik Karlsson when he was drafted and like ASP it will take years for him to reach his potential.
I wouldn’t make a big deal on size if all the other attributes are there like with Benson. How many times does size get brought up with the Debrincats and the Brayden Points or the Canfields and they come in and it’s almost a non factor all of a sudden. It’s a changing game and it’s going to speed and skill. If Benson is there at 11 or Michkov, that’s the only exceptions for taking a winger but I am also high on Oliver Moore.
