Good trade, two year bridge is a good idea. He's a goal scorer if utilised properly.
The more they can get out of Gurianov, the better. Great!
Guys, you really need to fix those sound issues
Yes he has a good shot, and straight ahead speed, is adjusting to this environment, Hughes has ten more games to get a better read on him, but realistically that's not enough, sign him to a one year show me more contract,at a lower price, it would be good for both sides, does he have better hockey sense or is he a one trick pony?
I clicked on the video, and then remembered, oh wait it's the guys with the audio issues. No thanks.
I would give him 2y/4M$ per year nothing more
Have Dach centre Anderson and Gurionov.
Thought the audio issues were somewhat better until the last couple of minutes. What is going on with that? Way to drive fans away. Qualify the guy and see where it goes and let's not forget we're rebuilding.
Not sure russians wants to go home and khl right now…
I will need a bigger sample with Gurianov before I make up my mind. He seems very « soft » in the corners.
Yes indeed, Gurianov has been good since he arrived in Montreal. He is no rookie since he will be 26 years old this summer. I wonder why Dallas did give up on him? I am sure that Dallas must have tried to shop him throughout the ligue but the best return they could get for him was "Dadonov" who will be in the KHL next season…!!!
Sounds like 3.5 mil. For 2 yrs. And groom him into the group…then if he shines ..sign him again.!!!
You have a speaker problem their is noise when you talk, echo
Lets wait and see next season in the training camp. and the last 10 games. too early yet.
I kinda agree with signing him for 2 years max but what if you sign him for 2 years let’s say for 3.1 million and he scores 30 goals for 2 straight seasons… you then run into the problem of having to sign him again for 6 million wouldn’t it be better to just take a chance and sign him for 3.4 million for 4 years and take a chance and if he scores 25-30 goals each season you now have a 30 goal scorer for 4 years playing like a 5.5 -6 million dollar player like almost what they did with Kirby Dach like he’s gonna be a 70-80 point player next year and he’s still gonna have 3 years on a super cheap deal and if Guryanov starts to slack off or it doesn’t work you could move him because he will still be somewhat young he’ll be 27-28 and he will be on a cheap contract so it wouldn’t be to hard to move if you have to and the cap would have gone up by then so I think Montreal should take the chance and sign him for 4 years on a 3 million dollar contract I wouldn’t go higher then 3.3 million and if it doesn’t work out you can move em to a rebuilding team like Philadelphia cause they will be like Arizona in 2 years so I think we should sign em to a 4 year deal especially if we can move Armia and I’m pretty positive Guryanov will be able to produce way more then Armia does and I’m sure he will be a solid middle 6 forward he has the work ethic the only reason Dallas got rid of him is because he didn’t fit with them and there style of play and they weren’t using him because they already have a bunch of young stars rising and I think they made a mistake getting rid of him
Hope you guys can work out your technical difficulties at some point😄
How many players are we keeping 50
