   Kessel makes sense but I doubt Rangers pull the trigger unless they are in playoff contention come the trade line. Ducks is a good call I know Bob Murray was in on Eichel, interesting if they might be in on Kravtsov. Watching Stevie Y pull a heist.

   Don’t think the Rangers will get a top top prospect as Kravstov has underperformed and has an attitude issue. But they could get something useful to the team. Gorton really screwed up the first round draft picks they had. And Davidson did nothing. That why theyre gone. Hope Drury drafts better.

   People seem to think this situation somehow implies that Kravtsov isn’t that good, doesn’t have a high ceiling or the talent he was thought to have. Which couldn’t be further from the truth. Not even the Rangers are suggesting such, citing “conditioning” as reason for sending him to Hartford. And the Ranger asking price is evidence that this has nothing to do with talent or lack there of.
   The only winners in this will be Kravtsov and the team he eventually ends up on.

   I could see something like a Zadina or Rasmussen or even Veleno swap for Krav if Wings were involved. They’re not moving SE for most anyone at this point though. Or obviously not moving Raymond or Seider either. But one of the former 3 might make sense for both teams.

   Ducks are a good fit. As is Detroit, Chicago, Yotes, Pens, Caps, Flames, Preds, Seattle, Buffalo, Boston or even Edmonton. There’s no shortage of teams that can use such a young, high potential, offensive player. And wherever he does end up, there’s a good chance he spends a short stint in the AHL and then soon slotting in to the top 9 or even top 6. The Rangers basically killed any leverage they had in how they handled this situation, which is just another disappointing action in a recent history of disappointing actions. Kravtsov legitimately could end up a better offensive player than Kakko or even Laf with they way those two have looked, which makes this whole scenario that much more upsetting from a Ranger fan perspective. He’s a 21 year old with huge ability and a bit of an ego. Wouldn’t be the first or last young player in need of attitude adjustment and maturity. Really think the Rangers are just shooting themselves in the foot with the way they e handled things. Once again.
