Is Marchessault the person in the history of the NHL to win the Conn Smythe Trophy on an expansion team in which he was a member of the original roster (without having left and returned to that team)? Seems like he must be… in which case he may hold that distinction by himself for a long time.

  6. Great player but that should have been the first year two players won the trophy because without Eichel setting him up for 1 v 1 Beer League open looks he doesnt half of those goals
