None of the above … But i would suggest trade away the #5 pick to the Nashvill plus Anderson and Edmonston and or Harris for ASKAROV plus Nashvil first rounder 2023 . I think we could end up with multiple top ten picks because we do have asset's to pull it off,but I have a feeling a hand full of first round players a little closer to making the jump to the NHL is more likely 🤔I can't wait,very curious GO HABS GO 💕💕💕
I’m a different Gerry. I’m from NL Canada. I don’t think that Montreal can make a sensible trade for PLD. There are a couple of players Montreal might like to trade because of their salaries and age, but I still don’t think there is a good trade to make. Fantilly is out of the question in my mind, and I definitely don’t want to see Slafkovsky’s or Xhekaj’s names mentioned!!!

9 mil for Dubois is absolutely not happening in Montreal…in fact it's absurd. If/when we break our salary structure for a player outside the organization, it will not be him. Not saying a trade won't happen or that he couldn't help the Habs, but he isn't getting paid more or even the same as Suzuki/Caufield.
After hearing PLD's price tag I don't see it happening. Trading up might be a possibility but I won't like what Montreal has to give up to do it.
Why don’t we just forget PLD ! Will Smith isn’t as good as Mitchkov and he needs at least 2 more years to be nhl ready. What’s the point to trade for him !
