Tyler Myers left his feet in the process of delivering a check on John Tavares, but it was the product of the check, not his own action leading into it.
Perhaps a tad bit late, but I still feel like it's just Tavares not expecting to get blown up cutting into the slot like that. Also seems like Myers doesn't leave his feet until after the contact is made.
good review…the camera angle is suspect but when slowed down can be analyzed with confidence. I haven't been able to find any other angles. I agree. great hit. It's literally an explosion. like hitting a home run or getting "all of it" in any sport. Feels like smoking a pillow or a soft kitten…๐คฃ This hit is good for the one on the receiving end when it's this clean rather than missing the mark by a little and doing some serious damage.

A bit late, and Myers follows through with an elbow to the head. No need to go upwards with the hit, just go straight through the body
Kuzmenko saved Tavares career, if Kuzmenko wasn't there Tavares head bounce's off the ice and not kuzzie's leg
