  1. Here's hoping Jesse can take even another step forward becoming Connor's permanent right wing companion. The first year back showed the work he's put in. Really hoping that effort continues. Great vid as always.

  2. I am pulling for him to become a solid winger for McDavid. I hear he remained here to work out.

  3. Jesse will crush it this year if Tippet doesn't demote him. His English is improving. I have no doubt that he could be our Laine and pot 50 goals at some point. Maybe they should put on 1st PowerPoint at net front !

  4. He has a hell of a shot. I remember last season he ripped an unexpected one timer feed from McD so hard I thought it was Drai for a second. Plus he's long and gangly and strong and has gotten really good at using his stick to torment the opposition. I predict a breakout season upcoming

  5. PJ's hockey journey has been a rough ride in his early years mostly due to Chiarelli's bad management. His development was rushed and his game was incomplete. He's really improved now and has grown a lot. I think he'll continue to find success beside McD & Hyman!

  6. Great to see him back, I never soured on him like some oilers fans, was more pissed out how our management group rushed into the league then never put him in the best spot to succeed and I think we can all agree on that spot was in the AHL for at least a full yr. I see him scoring 30 this yr easily, with the rumour that Kassian will get a shot in the top 6 we could see Yamamoto getting demoted to the 3rd line if he doesn’t have a strong camp and start to the season.

  7. If pool party scores 30 goals this year how are we suppose to resign him now that nurse makes 9.25. We are boned.

  8. He is a tenacious "little" bugger nowadays and creates tons of turnovers and can score goals. With Hyman they make playing against Edmonton really annoying. Video clips of Pulju irking opponents without even noticing are just fun to watch.

  9. He had some good moments last season, but he is still raw as hell with potential, still needs to read plays better on offense, but forechecks like hell, and can handle physical play.
