What I LOOOOOOOOOVE about all of this 2023 Maple Laff movement, O'Reilly, Acciari, McCabe, Lafferty, ect.,ect.,ect., is that they (the Laffs) are giving up ALL their future capital for a foregone conclusion. THE TORONTO MAPLE LAFFS ARE NOT GOING TO BEAT TAMPA AND THE BOSTON BRUINS. The Bruins are MUCH better than anyone and the Lightning are slightly better than Toronto.

good trade for both teams… the leafs were able to add some more toughness to their roster w/o having to give up anyone from it. and the hawks are happy, the leafs agreed to their asking price. atm, the hawks now have multiple 1st round picks in the next 3 drafts (after having 3 in the most recent).
