No surprise the physical altercation with the player coincided with the 7 game losing streak after the hot start to the season, and the team looked off ever since. I can’t think of anyone who went from almost universally loved to despised much as Sutter within one calendar year. If the room was really as bad as it seemed, I can see this offseason a true clean slate for the players, hopefully resulting improved morale and better on-ice results.
